Data Deletion Instructions

Meenorio ("we", "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains exactly what personal data we hold, and how you can ask us to delete it — including any data associated with our Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp marketing.

What data we may hold

  • Contact details you provided: name, email address, phone number, and shipping address
  • Order and purchase history on meenorio.pk
  • Marketing preferences and message history (email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Hashed identifiers (such as an encrypted form of your email or phone) that may be used to create or exclude marketing audiences on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

How to request deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete all personal data we hold about you at any time, free of charge, using any of the methods below:

  1. Email: Send a request to support@meenorio.com with the subject line "Delete my data", from the email address associated with your account or order. Please include your name and the phone number used for your order so we can locate your records.
  2. WhatsApp: Message us on our official WhatsApp line and send the words "Delete my data". Our team will verify your identity and process the request.
  3. Post: Write to us at Meenorio, 5-A, Ahbab Colony, 12 KM Multan Road, Lahore, 54600, Pakistan.

What happens after you request deletion

  • We verify the request comes from you (or an authorised representative).
  • We delete your personal data from our store, marketing, and customer-service systems.
  • We remove your hashed identifiers from any advertising audiences we maintain on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and instruct those platforms to delete the corresponding records.
  • We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once done.

Please note: We may need to retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it (for example, tax and order records for completed purchases). We will tell you if any such legal retention applies to your request.

Revoking marketing consent without full deletion

If you only want to stop receiving marketing — but keep your account and order history — you can unsubscribe from emails using the "unsubscribe" link in any message, reply STOP to SMS, or send "STOP" on WhatsApp. This stops marketing without deleting your records.
