  • The product has been used but you are not satisfied, subject to verification and policy conditions.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return request:

Please share your order number and the reason for your request. Our support team will review the case and provide return instructions.

⚠️ Products sent without prior approval may not be eligible for refund.

Missing Capsules or Empty Bottle

If you receive a product with missing capsules or an empty bottle:

  • Fastest path: WhatsApp us with photos — replies typically within 1 hour during PK business hours.
  • Contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the bottle, capsules, and packaging.

Once verified, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, as guided by our support team.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, where applicable.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
